  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

  • All purchases are subject to our policies detailed below.

  • By continuing to browse or shop, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

No Refunds, Repairs, and Shipping

  • No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchase.

  • Repairs: We offer repairs only for manufacturing defects or minor damages. Repair requests must include photos and descriptions. Customers cover repair fees and shipping to/from Tarana Jewelry. Earrings are non-repairable once worn due to hygiene reasons.

  • Shipping: We ship only within India.

    • Orders over ₹6,000 qualify for free tracked shipping, delivered within three to seven business days.

    • Orders below ₹6,000 have a shipping charge of approximately ₹100–₹200, with the same delivery timeline.
      Delivery times exclude weekends and holidays and may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped. Customers should contact the courier directly with tracking information for assistance.

Legal and Other Terms

  • Use of our website must be lawful and respectful. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel access for misuse.

  • We disclaim liability for any damages arising from use of our website or products to the fullest extent allowed by law.

  • Intellectual property on this website belongs to Tarana Jewelry and cannot be copied or reused without permission.
