Shipping Within India

At Tarana, we’re proud to be an Indian brand, and we currently ship across India.

Please note that while we strive to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier issues. The delivery timelines below are estimates.

Orders with a value above six thousand Indian Rupees (₹6,000) qualify for free tracked shipping, with an estimated delivery time of three to seven business days from the date of dispatch.
For orders valued below six thousand Indian Rupees (₹6,000), standard shipping is available at an approximate cost ranging from one hundred to two hundred Indian Rupees (₹100 to ₹200). The estimated delivery time for these orders is also three to seven business days from dispatch.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery timelines exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

Tarana Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once they have been dispatched.

If your order appears to be lost or has not arrived:

Please contact your local courier office or the delivery partner using the tracking information provided.
Once the package has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to guarantee delivery or intervene in tracking issues.

Order Tracking & Shipping Updates

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order directly with the courier.
